A nice large toys r us and baby r us with a big selection on toys. Definitely need a bit of time to do the full walk through. Large selection of Lego , marvel and star wars toys. There's also a good selection of paw patrol, lol and Fisher price toys. Nice high ceilings and feels very airy and roomy. Hand sanitizer on entrance. Staff initially made an error with my gift card. After discussing with the manager, they were able to rectify the situation and all was well. Overall good service and I would go back again. Parking, standard Broadway Street parking. Probably more difficult to get into during the rush hour time period.

We were just in this afternoon and we want to say a big Thank You to Joshe for her wonderful assistance and exceptional customer service! She helped us figure out some technical difficulties around our online pick-up order and was very patient while we sorted out the order and the additional items we were buying. She provided assistance in any way she can to help us have a positive experience at the store today. Thanks and we will be back again!
Thank you store manager Abby for giving us a 10% discount while shopping for Holiday Hampers. Over 30 Vancouver families will have gifts under the tree this year!! Thanks to the staff for quickly getting our purchases together so we didn’t get towed! Great prices, helpful staff and Toys R Us will have brightened several local children’s Christmas!
A young lady staff was very helpful to everyone. It was a great experience. Most of all, the stores varieties of toys for kids and babies. They have separate section for babies. Lots of options and prices are very competitive!
I was just in this evening and Alan was a great assistant. I was looking for some Calico Critters. He tracked down a location for me that had them in stock. He was very helpful and took time to help write out exactly where to get them. He was very calm and listened to me explain my which characters exactly I needed. Even though it was late at night and almost closing, I never felt rushed at all. The manager on duty as well was very kind. My cashier too, was cheery and very welcoming. All were very friendly. Will definitely be back to get more toys. Do shop at this location. The staff are all amazing. Left with a smile and a purchase tonight. Thanks!!
